Our building company recently completed a Large commercial make-good project at 37 Leland St in Penrith. The job involved restoring the property after the previous tenants vacated, which required extensive work to ensure the building met initial foundations including fire and compliance regulations. Our team removed old spray booths and workspaces to create a clean and functional space. This also included all new roof sheeting where the old ducting penetrations went through the roof penetration. We installed durable epoxy flooring to withstand heavy use and completed factory and office fit-out work to provide ample space for operations. Additionally, we added a fresh coat of paint throughout the property, refurbished and remodelled the existing stairwell and installed new flooring and carpeting to give it a sophisticated finish. The end result was a modern and functional space that is ready for the next tenant to move in and make it their own.
